The Early Church met in temple courts and from house to house. (See Acts 5:42). Thus, they gathered in large and small meetings. This is why we gather on Sunday mornings and from house to house! We genuinely experience Church Life in our House Communities. It's where we share meals, worship, study, and pray for one another. It's about living on mission together to love God and each other. Family is at the center of God's plan upon the earth. We believe God's church is more than an organization. It's God's Household—a family of families ordered according to God's heavenly design to fulfill His eternal purposes on the earth. Our family ministries include Marriage Ministry, Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, Singles Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Children's Ministry.

The first ministry of the Church is to God and to worship Him with all our mind, heart, soul, & strength. Worship releases the manifest presence of God, and people experience miracles during times of worship. Our worship ministry is called Wellsprings Creative and serves in our local Church and in our apostolic Network, Gospel Mission Network.

The  House of God is to be called a House of Prayer. Some of our prayer ministries include our House of Prayer, Emergency Prayer Chain, and Intercessory Prayer Team. Check our Events Page for prayer meetings such as 6 a.m. Prayer, Men's Prayer, and our monthly House of Prayer Meetings on the last Friday of the month.

Jesus is not just a Healer, He is life and health itself. Jesus bore our sickness and diseases upon the cross, and healing is a provision of God's New Testament covenant (See Isaiah 53:4-5 & Matthew 8:16-17). The Great Commandment tells us we need to love our neighbor as ourselves. Our Compassion ministries aim to do just this. They aim to release God's love to people in practical and real ways that impact lives. One of Compassion ministries include Bread of Life that serves the less fortunate in the City of Newark at least two times per month on Saturday Evenings.
